To take an apartment off the market and be held for you, you must leave a holding deposit and an application fee per person, over 18 years of age. All Guarantors/Co-Signers must leave an application fee as well. See Leasing Office for specific fees.
The application fees are non-refundable. The holding deposit is refundable within 72-hours of holding. In the event your application is not approved, even exceeding the 72-hour time frame, your holding deposit will be refunded.
All individuals 18 years of age or older who will reside at the property must complete a separate application and upon approval, will be required to sign the lease agreement. Missing or incomplete information will delay or prevent verification and will result in the denial of your application.

The minimum security deposit is one times the monthly rent (OAC for all apartments).
The Dylan offers a no deposit option through Rhino. This company is not affiliated with The Dylan but offers a policy coverage plan whereby they cover the upfront cost of your security deposit. See Leasing Office for details.
The Dylan offers a program called Flex. This company is not affiliated with The Dylan however they offer a flexible rent payment plan program. For a nominal fee, they will pay your rent in full, up front. You just pay half your rent by a specified date, and you choose when to pay the remainder during that given month. You can use this program one-time or every month.
Yes! The Dylan allows up to a 2-pet maximum per apartment. A per pet deposit and a per pet monthly rent is required. See Leasing Office for details. ** Please see the website or ask the Leasing Office for the list of Restricted Breeds. All pets are contingent upon management approval. ESA/Service animals must provide proper documentation.
